What happens next?
We’re migrating all members to the new platform between 5 and 10 December 2025. During this short transition window:
- Your account will be temporarily unavailable
- Your points balance will be automatically updated
- You’ll receive a post-migration email confirming your new tier, new earn rate and updated points balance
- All your existing data and account history remain unchanged.
