  • Dental Wallet enables dentists to earn Dental Wallet Points and access rewards just by paying your business and personal bills.

    With Dental Wallet, dentists can earn up to three points for every dollar on bill payments made through the Dental Wallet platform.

    Dentists can also use Dental Wallet Points just like cash to pay future bills, redeem points for rewards with leading brands, or transfer points to use on flights, upgrades and more with participating partners.

  • Any approved Henry Schein customers can join Dental Wallet to pay bills, earn points and access rewards.

  • Register online, and your details will be reviewed by Henry Schein within 5 business days. Once approved, you will be given access to your account.

  • You can register online quickly and easily in just minutes. You will need a Henry Schein account number and the corresponding business postcode to join.

  • Yes. Existing Henry Schein dental practice customers still need to register for a Dental Wallet account.

  • Initially register with one of your Henry Schein accounts to access the platform. Once you're in, you can link all of your other Henry Schein accounts.

    You can also call one of our specialists on 1300 334 646 between 9am and 5pm (AEST) who can help link multiple Henry Schein accounts to your Dental Wallet account.

  • Start by setting up a payment method. This can be completed once logged into Dental Wallet by going to your eWallet and selecting “Payment Methods”.

    Alternatively, you will be prompted to enter a payment method before completing your first transaction.

  • Dental Wallet accepts debit and credit card payment (AMEX, Visa and Mastercard) and bank transfer. You can even pay by using your Dental Wallet Points.

  • You can use Points + Pay for most biller transactions. However, only one method of payment will be accepted in combination with Points. For example, Points + Visa payment is allowed, but Points + Visa payment + AMEX payment is not allowed.

  • If your payment is finalised on the Dental Wallet platform by 6pm AEST/AEDT on a business day:

    • Payments made to Henry Schein will settle the following business day

    • Payments made to other payees via bank account will settle in up to 72 hours

    • Payments made to other payees via credit card will settle the following business day

    Please give yourself extra time if making a payment with a specific deadline i.e. ATO or Superannuation, and be aware of the impact of dishonours (especially on weekends or public holidays).

  • Your Program Tier determines the amount and/or the rate of Dental Wallet Points that are accumulated when making a bill payment:

    • Platinum: Earn 3 points per dollar. 4.5% Program Fee +GST

    • Gold: Earn 1 point per dollar. 2% Program Fee +GST

    • Executive: Points are only earned on promotional activity. No Program Fee

    The Program Fee is determined by your Program Tier and is displayed in the summary when making a Bill Payment

  • You can change your Program Tier by clicking on the Dental Wallet Points icon in the top menu bar or via your eWallet profile.

  • There is no limit to the number of times you can change your Program Tier.

    You cannot change your Program Tier while a transaction is being processed.

  • To ensure the security of Dental Wallet customers, all personal and financial information is transmitted using the HTTPS protocol over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), utilising state of the art technology for consumer protection. Behind the scenes, your web browser is sending all personal and financial information over SSL. All your data is encrypted at-rest and in-transit, with least privilege access control and best practise security controls in place. We are also ISO 9001 (Quality Standard), ISO 27001 (Information Security Standard), and PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified.

  • Dental Wallet is compatible with all major browsers for desktop and mobile.
